Optimize length/thickness Retention Hair Regimen

Month 1

Week 1: Pre-poo hair,wash hair(once per week), Deep condition, rinse with cold water
Moisturize hair with shea butter mix or Pink Lotion, then place in about 8 cornrows

Week 2: Pre-poo hair,wash hair,deep condition
moisturize hair with shea butter mix or Pink Lotion, then place in about 8 cornrows.

Week 3:Pre-poo hair,wash hair, Hard protein treatment*, then deep condition
moisturize hair with shea butter mix or Pink Lotion, then place in about 8 cornrows.

Week 4: Pre-poo hair,wash hair,deep condition
moisturize hair with shea butter mix or Pink Lotion, then place in about 8 cornrows.


Month 2:

Week 1: Pre-poo hair,wash hair(once per week), Deep condition,Rinse with cold water.
Moisturize hair with shea butter mix or Pink Lotion, then place in about 8 cornrows

Week 2: Pre-poo hair,wash hair,deep condition, rinse with cold water
moisturize hair with shea butter mix or Pink Lotion, then place in about 8 cornrows.

Week 3:Pre-poo hair,wash hair, Hard protein treatment*, then deep condition,rinse with cold water
moisturize hair with shea butter mix or Pink Lotion, then place in about 8 cornrows.

Week 4: Pre-poo hair,wash hair,deep condition,rinse with cold water. Trim split ends.

(Rollerset/Flatiron, every 8 weeks(2 months) if desired. Make sure to preceed with deep conditioner and follow up with hard protein treatment* and deep conditioner)


Month 3

Month 4Week 1: Pre-poo hair,wash hair(once per week), Deep condition, rinse with cold water
Moisturize hair with shea butter mix or Pink Lotion, then place in about 8 cornrows

Week 2: Pre-poo hair,wash hair,deep condition
moisturize hair with shea butter mix or Pink Lotion, then place in about 8 cornrows.

Week 3:Pre-poo hair,wash hair, Hard protein treatment*, then deep condition
moisturize hair with shea butter mix or Pink Lotion, then place in about 8 cornrows.

Week 4: (Texlax hair every 16 weeks. Follow up immediately with hard protein treatment and deep condition. Trim ends.Moisturize and rollerset. Do not braid or flatiron, instead wear hair in banana clips or buns. Basically,wear softcore protective styles.)


Start off Week 1 of Month 5 as if it wear Month 1, repeating the cycle.

Refer to upcoming articles on how to texlax,pre-poo,deep condition, and give one's self hard protein treatments. I have already published and article on trimming ends.

I prefer to stretch for 16 weeks (4 months) if you can make it to 5 or 6 months, then by all means go for it.
